Plus local tax starting from 1 January 2014

Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events.
The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.

Bed linen, towels (with a midweek towel change) and end of stay cleaning are included in the price.

On request, we can arrange for the daily delivery of fresh bread (this service is not included in the price).

Private parking place.

Animals are not allowed.

All rooms are no-smoker rooms.

Ski room with skishoe dryer and bicycle deposit.

Arrival / Departure:
On the arrival day, the apartment will be available from 15.00 (3.00pm). We also ask you to please advise us if you will arrive after 20.00 (8.00pm)
