The above prices are in Euros and are per apartment, per week. These are the only rates which are valid. We reserve the right to make price changes however we cannot be held responsible for printing errors or omissions on this page.

Terms and Conditions

A reservation is only valid when it is confirmed in writing.

In order to confirm a reservation, we require a deposit within 7 days and it should be to the value of 30% of the apartment price.

Arrival / Departure : On the arrival day, the apartment will be available from 15.00 (3.00pm) . We also ask you to please advise us if you will arrive after 20.00 (8.00pm)

On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 09.30 (9.30am).

Cancellations: In the event of cancelling your apartment, the deposit paid is non refundable. (The deposit constitutes as a liquidated penalty). Should there be a curtailment or late arrival, the total amount agreed for the apartment is still owed.

Cancellations are only valid in writing.

Payments can be made by bank transfer and or money order. We do not accept payment by credit cards or cash cards.

The general terms and conditions of trade are applicable according to the Civil Code of Italian Law. The place of jurisdiction is Bolzano / Bozen (BZ).
